For customers outside the mid-Atlantic region, Data Decimation
will ship hard cases with combination locks and serialized closure
tags to customers for customer packing and shipment. Customers
return the cases via express service. Upon receipt of cases, our
team notifies the customer of their safe arrival and transports the
material in secure trucks to the Department of Justice receiving
facility. Verification of contents is available to establish an
unbroken, legally-sufficient chain of custody.
For mid-Atlantic customers, we can come to your office and
remove the hard drives from your computers. We will seal all boxes
of transported materials with serialized closure tags and
tamper-proof tape. We can inventory and document all material to
be destroyed to establish an unbroken, legally-sufficient chain of
custody with all the required signatures and documentation. We
will transport all items in secure trucks to the Department of
Justice receiving facility.
